1. CONSULTATION
2. DESIGN
We offer a range of services, including architectural design, Geo-tech and BAL reports, structural engineering, energy rating and interior design. You’ll collaborate with our design studio to create floor plans and select finishes and fittings. We’ll visualise the project with advanced 3D rendering technology so you can inspect the details before signing off.
3. ESTIMATE
We’ll provide a detailed cost estimate so you can arrange financing with confidence. We can also work with you to refine the design if necessary to meet your financial goals.
4. DOCUMENTATION & COUNCIL APPROVAL
We handle all necessary council applications and shire approvals, saving you time and hassle. Our experience streamlines the approvals phase to prevent frustrating delays.
5. APPROVAL & CONSTRUCTION
Once plans and approvals are finalised, we’ll enter into a formal contract outlining the project scope and timeline. Then construction can begin. Our commitment to quality means we only work with trusted tradespeople, guaranteeing work that meets the high standards you expect.
We’re in regular communication throughout the construction phase, not just at major milestones. You’re part of the team. If you have questions or want to visit the site, our transparent process means we’re an open book.
6. HANDOVER
When construction is complete, we’ll take you on a final walkthrough and hand over the keys. But our relationship doesn’t end here. Our motto, “Relationships, Trust, and Transparency,” reflects our ongoing commitment to every build.
