Scope of Work:
This project encompasses a comprehensive design and restoration service for an iconic building located on Barrack Street in the Perth CBD. The work includes the following:
- Full Design Service: Complete design and planning services, including coordination with heritage consultants to ensure compliance with preservation standards and regulations.
- Demolition and Restoration: Safe and meticulous demolition of all internal structures while preserving and protecting the building’s significant heritage features.
- Restoration and Modernisation: Revitalisation of the property to accommodate modern use while respecting its historic value. The building has been restored to include:
- Three Separate Tenancies: The space is divided into three distinct areas, allowing for a variety of uses such as office spaces, restaurants, cafes, and retail.
- Elevator Installation: A new elevator has been added to enhance accessibility and convenience.
- Grease Traps: Installation of grease traps to support food and beverage operations.
- HVAC System: A new HVAC system to ensure comfort and climate control throughout the building.
